I had a terrible water leak back at the end of June. It destroyed 3 floors of my house. I had never dealt with something like this. I found Scavello Restoration online and Tom came out the very next day. He did the dry out the day after that. He was quick and efficient. I live in an HOA community so the road to getting my claim paid took 6 months. Tom was super helpful to me with this process as well.
Finally this past November I got the go ahead to fix the damage. Tom came out the next week and started the renovation. He did everything in 2 weeks. It was a lot to do and I asked Tom to do a few extras things around my house that were not part of the leak and he did them all for me. I truly lucked out with Tom. My first experience with something like this and Tom was so helpful and patient with me.
